Are government boiler grants for pensioners really true?
Yes. This is not a con. If you meet the criteria, you will get a £2500 boiler absolutely FREE!. Many people are now being rejected however as the criteria is very tough but worth you making an application as you may be eligible.
Are There Boiler Grants For Pensioners Not On benefits?
There is a scheme for non benefits claimants called LA Flex. Your council needs to have a scheme running for you to be eligible. We are only accepting non benefits claimants from The west midlands due to most councils not having a scheme in place.
Can you get a free boiler if you are over 60?
Only if you are claiming a qualifying benefit, will you be able to claim a free boiler. Being over 60 does not automatically qualify you unfortunately.

Can pensioners get help with central heating?
Yes but you need to be in receipt of Pension Credit.

Can I get boiler grant with state pension?
NO.
You need to be in receipt of Pension Credit either Savings or Guarantee Credit to qualify for the Free Boiler.
