The Government In Their Wisdom Decided To Take The Axe To The Free Boiler replacement Scheme for All disabled people that were only claiming disabled benefits in 2022.
Their Reasoning Was That Only People That Received Means Tested Benefits Would Be Entitled To Tax Payers Funding In The Future. As PIP / DLA Etc Were Not Means Tested Benefits, Disabled Persons Could Not Longer Apply.

We are not aware of any free boiler servicing for disabled people. Or for anyone else for that matter!
A boiler service will cost you around £60 so will not break the bank.

How Much Does Boiler Replacement Cost ?
A new or replacement boiler usually will cost you anything from £1800 up to £7,000 fitted.
The price will of course depend on – Boiler type & model required

Disabled Benefits No Longer Qualify
The government have moved the goal posts once again to cut the amount of people that can be eligible and have excluded all disabled people that are not claiming a means tested benefit.
This means that PIP and other disabled benefits can no longer qualify for the scheme, BUT a lot of disabled people of working age are usually in receipt of other benefits too.
Employment & Support Allowance is usually the benefit that disabled people of working age are claiming.
ESA will need to be income related and NOT contribution based to qualify.
