   Another  heating company in let me down and said they could not proceed with my heating conversion at the kast minute  due to the fact i had a coal fired back boiler. I spoke to a few firms nobody would do it.i phoned Warm Front and spoke to Carlo,  we can do that mate!  1 month later i have a new combi boiler , hot water on demand and a warm house for the first time in 13 years.  I am over the moon and can't thank Carlo and his lads enough. They are true professionals who know exactly what theyre doing , very tidy and will be done before you know it. Carlo helped us get a very good company that was brilliant and installed the system within the week of coming to survey the job and only taking one day to install
Would definitely recommend this service as when I was phoning up companies myself they either wasn’t turning up or telling us we wasn’t eligible or turning up and then hearing nothing from them again

Does PIP qualify for free boiler?

PIP no longer qualifies for the free boiler scheme. All disability benefits have been removed from qualifying for all ECO 4 Grants unfortunately.

How old does my boiler need to be to qualify?

A Wall hung boiler must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the grant.

It must usually have been installed prior to April 2005 unless it is a back boiler behind the fire.

Are You Accepting Condensing Boilers On The grants?

No- The government is not allowing any funding to exchange condensing boilers even if fault or completely broken down.

Please do not apply as you will be rejected.

What is the Free boiler grant available for pensioners in Liverpool ?

Free boilers are only available for Liverpool pensioners who receive

Pension Credit guarantee
Pension Credit savings credit,
or meet the Flex criteria.

Can I get a Free boiler if I'm not on benefits?

Liverpool is signed up to a scheme called LA Flex which allows people not claiming a benefit to qualify.

You do need to meet other criteria such as low income and health conditions etc. We recommend that you make an application and we will give you a free check.

You have to be in it to win it!

Does The Boiler Have To Be Faulty To Qualify For The Free Boiler Scheme?

The boiler has to be below 85% efficiency which most non condensing boilers are. It does not necesarily have to be faulty to qualify for the free grant.

Our engineers have to do a thorough test including Energy efficiency tests, combustion and safeness tests to qualify it.

This does not apply to the Boiler Upgrade Scheme where all home owners can apply.
